Training objectives:
1. Learn the definitions and purpose of resilience and self-care.
2. Learn Resilience and self -care research and how it applies to everyday life.
3. Learn strategies for self-care to build resilience.
4. Consider how to apply strategies self-care for resilience in everyday life.

The standard tuition for this training is $75/trainee. Generous donors help underwrite a portion of the tuition so we are able to offer a 1/3 of the registrations for free. We ask others to Pay-What-You-Can up to $50. Pre-registration is required.
As a courtesy to licensed social workers, teachers, and nurses who wish to receive a 2 hrs of continuing education (CEs), Resilience 101 has been approved by the Minnesota professional boards. If you are taking this training for professional continuing education credits please register to pay the training tuition and the CE fee.
The day before the training, all registrants will receive an email providing the Zoom video conference link and training documents to print in preparation for the training from Gemma Eissa, our Communications Coordinator. Please check your Spam Folder if you are concerned you've not received this logistics email. Cancellation Policy: Refunds for this training, less a $30 administrative fee, will be given if written cancellation is received from the registrant by 10 days prior to this training. No tuition refund is offered after 10 days prior to the training. Transfer of tuition to another Peacebuilding training in Minnesota is granted if written request is received 24 hours before the first day of this training. Refunds or transfers are not available for no-shows.
